Filmgalerie 451 confidently operates on the internet as "The label for special films" - and quite rightly so! The Berlin-based film production and distribution company is not only a seal of quality for outstanding, unusual, challenging and unreservedly discoverable feature films and documentaries: Irene von Alberti and Frieder Schlaich are filmmakers themselves, so they know the film business from the inside perspective, as it were, and fight with equal commitment and knowledge to ensure that important films are and remain accessible to the public. As part of the "Berlinale" 2023, the Association of German Film Critics (VdFk) awarded Filmgalerie 451 the Honorary Award of German Film Critics 2022. We congratulate from the bottom of our hearts!
